Comparison of Management Services Offered
for Homeowner Associations


Coast Management of California offers four types of services to homeowner associations in California. These consist of Full Service Management, Online Management, Financial Services Management, and Accounting Services.

Online Management includes nearly everything included under Full Service Management at a reduced cost. Financial Services Management includes most, but not all, of the services provided under our Online Management agreement. Accounting Services are far more limited at the lowest cost available.

If you hire Coast Management of California, you can always change the type of service provided at a later date.
